Our Response to COVID-19

At Something Said T-Shirts, we're committed to providing a safe experience for our staff members, for our customers, and for our communities. We are taking COVID-19 very seriously, and we are doing everything that we can to minimize the risks to individual and public health.  Something Said T-Shirts is currently monitoring and following federal, state, and CDC advice and guidelines to help minimize the risk of exposure and/or spreading of COVID-19:

 

  • We are currently maintaining a minimal staff and/or working from home.  Staff is separated 6 feet or more apart.

  • Hand washing is a must.

  • Staff supplied hand sanitizer.

  • Staff supplied facemasks.

  • Currently cleaning and disinfecting all work area’s, floors, tables, and equipment before/between each order.

  • Apparel arriving from suppliers “rests” 48 hours before opening, handling, or printing.

Everything that we’re doing to protect our staff also benefits our customers. Our staff members are following the CDC’s recommendations about handwashing, social distancing, and other hygiene policies. Please note that we also work with many outside vendors as part of our supply chain and believe they are also following all CDC guidelines.

Will My Apparel Products Be In Stock?

Our goal at Something Said T-Shirts is to always provide all our customers with Incredible Service.

​

The Covid-19 global pandemic has impacted us all in many different ways. In our industry it has caused manufacturing and shipping disruptions, suppliers are struggling to keep up with economic recovery and as the broader global economy has worked to recover we’ve seen increasing challenges with inventory.

​

This has caused some of our apparel items to go out of stock. The good news is if an apparel item goes out of stock, you are not out of luck. We will communicate any potential out of stock risks with you and should this issue impact your order we have other options to ensure you, your event or team experience doesn’t miss out.

​

We encourage customers to consider one or two replacement options for their order in the case that those specific items do go out of stock.  We can then immediately replace with a previously selected alternative without much disruption to the order timeline.

​

These times may be different, the challenges may be different but the Something Said T-Shirts promise will remain the same; we will do what we can to make it right.

What Happens If My Items Are Out Of Stock After I Place My Order?

We most likely have solutions.  Our goal is to communicate and partner with you and help you discover exciting new options so your timeline doesn’t need changed.

You will work with a Something Said T-Shirts to determine an appropriate alternative to your original product. You will need to consider the following:

​

  • What features of your selected apparel item are important to you (Ex. color, style, brand, fabric, etc.)?

  • Is the color of the item more important than the fabric, or vice versa?

  • Is the brand of the item more important than finding a similar brand style/fit of equal quality?

​

You will be encouraged to select alternatives and if inventory stock continues to be an issue a we will be in touch with you to offer additional options that may work for you and your group.
