The main difference is customization. Custom Design Ordering is the heart of Something Said T-Shirts. Custom design ordering is where we specialize in working one on one with you to create your design and apparel. Custom design ordering is most commonly used for bulk orders for business, organizations, or events that needs bulk apparel. However, we know sometimes you want a custom design but need just 1 apparel item. We can still help and work with you! Once design artwork is approved. You can submit to us your order containing apparel, sizes, quantities, etc. Your products are then printed using screen printing, digital printing (for quantities of 18 or more), Vinyl (for quantities fewer than 18). Can I Change The Design Color On Some Of My Apparel?Yes! If you have one design, but want it to print in multiple colors (for example, you order 50 shirts and want 25 with white design and 25 with black), we are happy to accommodate you. There is a flat one time $17.00 fee for each color change, or if its a bulk order we usually spread the $17.00 fee across the entire apparel quantity.

Can I Order The Same Design On Multiple Apparel Styles?Yes! If you have one design but want to order it on multiple styles, Something Said T-Shirts will always give you the best volume price for your entire order. Note: Different styles have different design areas, and we may need to adjust your design to fit all styles in an order. Don't worry, we'll run any changes past you first, if needed.

Is There A Minimum Quantity Per Order?Something Said T-Shirts can print as many items as you need for your group, but we know that sometimes you only need one. We can help you there too with no minimum quantities! Screen printing minimum is set at a quantity of 18 apparel items for new orders. If you happen to need less than a quantity of 18 apparel items then your order will be printed with vinyl. Even if you only need one! We also know that once you receive your apparel order with your awesome custom design all your friends and neighbors will want one and more apparel may be needed. We maintain all screens for all orders after the original order. Can I Order Multiple Apparel Colors?Yes! Apparel colors does not effect pricing. Ordering the same design and design colors on different apparel colors is easy, and great way to make your group stand out. It’s also a hit for sports teams that want home and away colors.

Can I Get A Sample Before I Order?Looking for the peace of mind from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing your order? We can have a blank sample at your door to make sure your printed products are exactly what you want. Most of our customers are rest assured after we email a picture proof for your approval before printing any apparel. However, we know that sometimes circumstances may require sending a printed sample. A sample printed with your custom design is available for bulk orders over 50 pieces only. The sample will be charged full retail price before the rest of your bulk order (as a separate order). If your online store raises funds, we pass those funds along to your chosen beneficiary at the end of your fundraiser. Something Said T-Shirts wants you to have an amazing and easy experience with our fundraising platform with any group, cause or community. So easy that we have developed our own default fundraising plan that requires "no decisions". Everything is already included for you and based off what we have found to sell best! What Are Some Good Ways To Promote My Fundraiser?Here are a few tips that have worked for our past fundraiser organizers: If needed, we will provide your organization with a 1 page flyer with your fundraiser online store information and directions to physically promote your fundraiser. This is particularly useful for schools, PTO/PTA's, and other communities. Facebook is a very powerful promotional tool. By telling your story and sharing your Something Said T-Shirts fundraising link on social media you can exponentially get more visibility for your cause. We have seen for every 10 people who click on your online store link, 1 will purchase so make sure to post it often and to different parts of your community. Another idea would be to create a dedicated Facebook page or group for the cause. We have seen that people like to follow a specific cause they care about and giving them a forum to follow you and share with others is a great way to keep them informed as well as be part of the solution. Share your page with groups that may share the same interest for your cause. For example: if you're running a fundraiser for an animal rescue, reach out to other shelters or groups that focus on specific breeds. Can I Run More Than One Fundraiser?There are no limits to how many fundraisers you can run at once, but we've seen that focusing on one fundraiser page per organization at a time provides the best results for our organizers!

What Are The Best Shipping/Delivery Options For My Fundraiser?There are three different shipping options for your Something Said T-Shirts Fundraising page: Local Pickup Or Delivery Most common. Perfect for organizers whose supporters live close by, or will all be at the same event together wearing the shirts! This is a free option, and will allow your supporters to get shirts at one central location so you can hand them out in person! Individual Shipping This option is perfect for organizers with supporters spread throughout locally or the country! Each individual supporter will be able to place their order and have the shirts shipped directly to their address for a small shipping fee* charged to the supporter at checkout. This is a great way to avoid all the logistics that come along with receiving all the shirts and handing them out yourself. Bulk Shipping Perfect for organizers whose supporters live close by, or will all be at the same event together wearing the shirts! How Long Should I Run My Fundraiser?We've seen our most successful fundraisers and recommend fundraiser to run for 2 weeks. However, some fundraisers have run up to 4 weeks. 4 weeks is the maximum run time allowed. This will allow enough time to promote your page and give your supporters enough time to support your fundraiser but will be short enough to get the apparel out quickly to your supporters. Please keep in mind that apparel is usually delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after a fundraiser online store closes, so if you have a tight deadline, or an event date you'd like to have the shirts in time for, you'll need to leave enough time between the end of your fundraising run time and your event date. We leave your fundraiser store in active status for 1 day after closing date for any “straggler” orders. The purchasing time will close at 11:59 pm EST on the day after you choose to end the fundraiser.

We can be the professionals for you! How And When Will The Raised Funds Be Sent?The raised funds will be available once the fundraiser closes and apparel orders are ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping. The amount of time it takes to receive your funds depends on the payment method you select. We can send funds via PayPal, or check! Organizer: If you selected to have your funds sent to you via PayPal this disbursement takes no more than two weeks from the day your fundraiser closes and after pickup, delivery, shipping. Online payments take no more than two weeks and checks take about 4 weeks. Depending on transaction times.

Is Something Said T-Shirts Fundraising Free To Use?It’s completely free and risk free to run a Something Said T-Shirts Fundraiser! Sell custom apparel without buying any products upfront or worry of having enough inventory. Contact us to get one started! Each individual fundraiser will need to sell a total of 24 apparel items as a print minimum, which is the number of items you'll need to sell to cover the cost and start raising funds for your cause. If your fundraiser does not reach the minimum of 24 apparel items, we will still complete those orders or refund those supporters, unfortunately, no raised funds will be issued. Is My Fundraiser Purchase Tax Deductible?Any amount toward a shirt or item purchase is not tax deductible, as there are services rendered. Since we’re t-shirt and apparel experts and not tax experts, we recommend reaching out to your attorney or tax advisor with specific questions.

How Do I Change My Fundraiser Order?If you would like to change your order or update your shipping address, etc. please contact us! While a fundraiser is still running, we can make that change, guaranteed! If the page is already closed, printing may have already started, so we’re happy to check for you and provide some options.

How Can I Support A Fundraiser?You can support a Fundraiser a few ways! Order an item You’ll be helping the organizer raise funds and awareness every time you wear the item! Your order will arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after the fundraiser campaign closes. We’ll let you know when it ships with an email including your tracking information. Share the campaign link Copy and paste the campaign link into any or all social media sources. Please note that once a fundraiser is closed, the purchasing time period has ended. Please reach out to the organizer if you would still like to contribute to their cause.

I Ordered From A Something Said T-Shirts Fundraiser, When Will I Get My Stuff?If a fundraiser has met the print minimum when it ends, we’ll print the items and get them out to you. Depending on how the organizer chose to deliver them to you (more info here). If the fundraiser doesn’t meet print minimum, your order will be refunded in full. Either way, you’ll get an email from us with a confirmation! If you chose to have the shirt delivered to the organizer, they will receive the shirts in approximately 2-3 weeks after the fundraiser closes. They should contact you for pick up. If you don’t hear from them, please reach out and contact us. If you chose to have the shirts delivered to you directly, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

What are some good ways to promote the group event sale to our group members?Here are a few tips that have worked for our past group event organizers: If needed, we will provide your group with a 1 page flyer with your group event online store information and directions to physically promote your sale. Facebook is a very powerful promotional tool. By telling your story and sharing your Something Said T-Shirts group event link on social media you can exponentially get more visibility for your cause. We have seen for every 10 people who click on your online store link, 1 will purchase so make sure to post it often and to different parts of your community. Another idea would be to create a dedicated Facebook page or group for the cause. We have seen that people like to follow a specific cause they care about and giving them a forum to follow you and share with others is a great way to keep them informed as well as be part of the solution. Share your group event online store on Instagram, Twitter (X), and other social media. Write messages on social media, photos and even video.
